“I was not allowed to check in due to not having a 200.00 CASH deposit. This was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I had to find another hotel and they would not refund my money for the 2 nights I had reserved. ”

“we didn't have the breakfast bar. rooms were clean and nice and cool. staff was very friendly. Shout out to Herbert at the front desk!!! After our evening at the Ballet we had a nite cap at the bar and he fixed some amazing White Russians (very fitting for our Ballet venue!!) We talked to him for several minutes and found him, friendly, interesting and just very sweet!!! ”

“No free breakfast with stay!! $17.50 to park for 1 night. Parking garage was not connected to the Hotel. Our bed had a nasty stain on the mattress along the bottom.”

“Good for a few stays. Staff is great. Stayed in two different rooms and they could have been cleaner. The first one had a wasp inside. Overall clean, but kept finding strands of hair. Wifi did not work on my second stay.”

“Parking was safe, as is off a service road ,so parking is also convient .Restful quiet stay as no traffic noise,”

“It was a decent hotel to stay in for an extended amount of time. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was plentiful. Enough options so I wasn't eating the same thing every day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is next to the highway, very little highway noise. Location was convenient to the hospital, Newburgh, UE, mall. Good amount of parking. Largest complaint was the issue of noise within the building....very thin walls to the point that I heard neighbors'...
