“We stayed at 13 different hotels over 14 nights. Several of them were good, some of them were quite good. None of the 12 that were not Publick House compared to Publick House. That's not idle talk. Public House was just as charming as could be. I love old architecture. Main building was built in 1750. Our breakfast, from the "bake shop," sets the bar for delicious pastries. Really. And the staff were super. They smiled, not out of required obligation, so far as one could tell, but...
“The Inn is an old post and beam; beautiful old house. The room was not your typical hotel room; it was an Inn room - much more character & charm.
Only negative was my creamer for my needed morning coffee had gone bad :(”
