“When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would...

My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.”
