Cabine sul fiume Watauga - Cabina sicomoro

Questa cabina (Sycamore Cabin) fa parte della nostra "casetta rustica". Il nostro "lodge rustico" si trova sulle rive del bellissimo fiume Watauga, a metà strada tra Johnson City ed Elizabethton. Il lodge è stato progettato per assomigliare a un granaio di cavallo e si trova su 5 acri con oltre 600 piedi di facciata sul fiume ed è composto da 3 cabine.

La cabina al piano di sotto Sicomoro ha oltre 800 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. La cabina ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo al piano di sotto. Nel soppalco c'è un letto matrimoniale, tre letti singoli e un bagno di servizio.

Tutte le lenzuola sono incluse - tutto quello che devi fare è prendere un po 'di cibo e portare i tuoi oggetti personali - tutti gli altri articoli saranno forniti per te! La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, pentole, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e forno a microonde.

La cabina dispone di riscaldamento / aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto, TV satellitare a schermo piatto (Direct TV è fornitore), DVD / videoregistratore, lavanderia centrale e grill a gas.

C'è anche un pad RV con collegamento completo con servizio da 50 amp, situato sul fiume. (costo extra) Il lotto camper ha un mazzo privato che si affaccia sul fiume.

Molto comodo sia per Johnson City che per Elizabethton (10 minuti), nonché per le stazioni sciistiche di Roan Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain e Hawksnest (45-60 minuti). Immediatamente adiacente al lodge si trova il fiume Watauga, che è largo circa 100 piedi e ospita alcune delle migliori pesca alla trota negli Stati Uniti orientali. Le specie di trote nel fiume Watauga sono arcobaleno, ruscello e bruno, oltre a diversi tipi di branzini e varie specie non selvatiche. Questa parte inferiore del Watauga è stata designata come "Zona della trota di qualità".

What’s great place to stay! We had so much privacy and direct access to the river. The place was very clean, the grounds were also very clean well maintained with so much to do. We were just a short drive to downtown Johnson City and the surrounding areas. We had such a great time fishing and hanging out by the river here, we hope we get to go back!

Best Family Vacation

We have stayed here twice. This time we decided to bring a few family members with us. My daughter lives in the area. It was the perfect place for us all to meet up, cook, hang out, and enjoy the lake. This place has everything you can think of from bug spray to cooking utensils, literally everything. Perfect family getaway

This is about the 8th time that we have stayed on this property. We always stay with many family members and we appreciate that the “campus” can house all of us. We love that we can make our own meals, eat them all together and also play on the property (we had some heated wiggle ball games going) and fish and relax with the river backdrop. The place holds many dear memories for us. This time we had 13 of us staying with 4 extended family join us each day for food and fellowship.

Weekend retreat

We have been coming to Johnson City and staying at these cabins for years. We have stayed in every unit depending on the size needs for that trip. No matter what, the view is just the best! Sitting in a rocking chair listening to the river is just so peaceful.If there is ever an issue, you get immediate response.

Beautiful Mountain Weekend w Friends!

Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)

Another day in Paradise

We have stayed at the Wautauga River Cabins several times. We refer to it as our home away from home. I can not say enough good things about this place. The property owners Patti and Gary are always there to answer questions and to keep you informed of things of importance with the cabin or with fishing the river. The property managers Phil and Alesa are always to there to assist with any needs that may arise. You can just mention that something would be nice and then the next time you go it is there. We consider them family now. This last time we wanted to bless them with a cookout because they had to deal with no electricity and lots of river cleanup after the Helene storm. But when they came they blessed us with a desert that was absolutely delicious. They are such nice people. If you should have an issue, they are always there to get it fixed in a timely manner. The cabins are always clean and the property is always tidy. The fall and holiday decor is a nice touch. We are so thankful that the rising waters didn’t harm these beautiful cabins. Were already thinking about when we will be able to return for our next get away.

We had planned to stay during the weekend of Hurricane Helene, but mother nature had other plans. Patti and Gary were super responsive during a crazy time and very understandable in regards to working out a solution for our reservation. **Review for VRBO Stay** We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn't have been better for our getaway – it was so convenient. We had family and friends with us, with some renting the cabin beside ours, and it worked out perfectly.
