“Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site). “Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”
