Still Water Flats was built in 2024 and can accommodate multiple families when all five homes are booked together. We are located on the river and entering through the front door of this waterfront property you will be greeted with soaring ceilings, a modern living room and natural light filtering through many windows. Centralized in the living room is a fireplace feature that will draw your eye to the height of this beautiful area. The upscale kitchen is situated behind the living area providing you a chef-like cooking area and a massive 10-person dining table. This home is the perfect place to gather with family while being immersed in nature. Enjoy the comforts of inside including, hardwood floors throughout, 10-foot tall ceilings, 8-foot doors, private luxurious showers, flat screen TV`s, a fireplace and large gathering places for you and your family/guests/friends!

The home offers 4 bedrooms including 4 full size ensuite bathrooms. The first level of the home consists of 3 bedrooms each featuring King-sized beds. Upstairs you will find a loft and 1 bedroom.
The loft area provides a day bed including 2 singles while the upstairs bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed. All rooms provide the plush comfort one needs for a good night’s sleep as well as a flat screen TV. Each ensuite is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.

We want you to sit back and relax while staying at the family house. You can spend your days and nights playing a fast game of foosball or getting competitive with a board game or two. Then slip through the back door of the home to find a beautiful, covered deck surrounded by pristine views of the Watauga River. Here you can sip your morning coffee (we offer both a Keriug and traditional Coffee Pot) while enjoying your waterfront property or dine under the ambient deck lighting while listening to the sounds of nature.

Below the home lies a long grassy strip of river land. Come here to relax in the hammock after spending a lazy day kayaking on the river. Then be sure to settle into the adirondack chairs after building a fire for a perfect end to a great day!

There is one family home which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Homes are located on the waterfront of Watauga River with easy access to kayaking and fishing. Still Water Flats is located inside of Johnson City, TN with easy access to Kingsport and Bristol. Come visit us and explore the Appalachian Highlands!
