We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area and close to restaurants and shops. Much larger than we anticipated and our son really enjoyed the loft area. If we ever come back to the area we will stay here.

We drove up to Johnson City for orientation at ETSU and stayed one night. Very cute and clean place with comfortable beds!! Less than 10 min drive to ETSU. We plan to stay again when visiting our daughter at school. We absolutely loved Johnson City area! Thanks for letting us stay

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The property was quiet and cozy, and it was a convenient location. It was unfortunate that the TV in the loft did not work, and there could have been better cleaning done upstairs in the loft. My 1 year old son found a used sock and pair of panties in one of the cubbies under the upstairs TV (gross) and there was a small wooden circle about the size of a nickel that he found on the carpet and had put in his mouth (choking hazard). Overall, the property was worth the price.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed Newton’s Nest. Beautifully decorated and so cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go. Great communication with host. Loved our stay. Would gladly book again!

Clean Quiet and sweet location

We showed up early and the renter let us in and was super cool about it. The beds were comfortable and the every room has a smart TV which is unheard of. The location is pretty and on a quiet street and the drive to downtown was close and easy. couldn’t recommend this property enough. I would certainly go back. I’m the kind of person who can ALWAYS find something wrong. I had no issues here .

Second Stay Good As The First

I have family in the area and stayed at Newton’s Nest last year. I had such a good experience I didn’t look at any other properties when I was planning a return trip. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating, property is clean, well-appointed, and charming in a quiet neighborhood.

Short stay

Property was very clean and well kept. Just the right size for what we needed. We only had one issue. We could not find a broom and dust pan. We wanted to sweep up some debris from the trees we drug in our shoes but couldn’t find a broom. Was a great place and would stay again.

Easter Weekend

Spent Easter weekend with my daughter, who is a student at ETSU. The place was the perfect size for us! Location was great and the neighborhood was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick stop for college visit

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our group. Conveniently located to the Johnson City Country Club (15 minutes), downtown (15 minutes), Walmart (5 minutes), fast food (5 minutes). House was well appointed with everything that was needed. We loved being able to bring our daughter's dog with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute, comfortable, and clean! The hosts arefriendly and prompt with responses. Easy to check in. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful setting with the mountains nearby. Large fridge. Nice little yard! Roku TVs were nice. No traffic in this area! Thank you very much!

House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home.
