Hotel vicino a Johnson Woods State Nature Preserve - Marshallville

“Room was clean. Temperature and bed were both comfortable. But...the shower was only warm, not hot, and there was weak water pressure. Two of the three machines in the fitness room were not working. Breakfast was acceptable but not very good.”

“Excellent stay!! Staff extremely welcoming from the front desk to the breakfast crew and housekeeping. Hotel is really clean, rooms are spacious and breakfast was top notch. Both the pool and gym were great. If I am ever in the area again I will only stay here.”

“The room was spacious and clean. the bathroom looks somebody forgot to clean... a lot of hairs on the tub and the water stopper does not stay open and water accumulates ... I used pen to make it stay open”

“It was clean, close to main street and shops. The Staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We tried the buffet breakfast and we liked it”

“Staff was great. Room is on the smaller side, but for one person it was fine. Bathroom was very nice. A/C was the only negative. It wouldn't go below 68d, and if it is set below 68d, a signs says it will freeze up and stop working. Was a warm room, made sleeping difficult. It could have been user error as well!”

“The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.”

“The room was moldy, I had to leave the room due to the mold since I am allergic to mold. Contacted for a refund, which the hotel denied. Drug invested area, cars parked on the road beside the hotel, pulled out lawn chairs and were drinking on the side of the road. Very un safe area and dirty hotel. I did not read the reviews, hope you do”
