Private double doors take you into a downstairs open plan studio with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, double ottoman bed, sofa, shower room and air conditioning. Enjoy a glass of wine and sunset from the patio with a large comfortable day bed and BBQ. Beach loungers and umbrellas are also included at Crab Hill Beach from Crabbe Hill Beach Rentals.

Just 35 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from St John's, 10 minutes from Jolly Harbour supermarket and a few minutes walk from beach restaurants and bars.

Hôtes (Kat &Trev) super sympas et accueillants. Studio propre, cute, a tout le nécessaire. Parfait emplacement, meilleur côté de Antigua, plus local, très paisible, à deux pas de plusieurs superbes plages et excellent restaurant local (OJ's) à 1 min de marche situé directement sur la plage (excellent poisson et homard!!!). Séjour vraiment mémorable, on retournerait là sans hésiter!!!

Lovely little clean self-contained apartment on a hillside, with the owners living in the house above. Nice sandy Beach five minute walk with a couple of restaurants/bars on the beach. Although the apartment was self Catering, it’s quite some distance to go to do any shopping, nothing within walking distance. Luckily we had a hire car. However, the owner left a 5L container of water in the fridge along with plenty of consumables like sun lotion and shower gels available. Plenty of towels for the apartment and for the beach, induction hob cooker in a small kitchenette with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of toilet rolls for the short say that we were there, and a mosquito net completely covering the bed. Gas barbecue outside along with a round sun lounge bed with awning. The owners went above and beyond when I discovered on arriving at the airport, that my passport was in my jacket pocket in the wardrobe, in the apartment… Unbeknown to me, there were several messages on the Expedia app from the owner, letting me know that I’ve left my jacket in the apartment, but I didn’t get those messages until I got into the check-in area after dropping the hire car. Luckily the very helpful check-in man made a phone call and the apartments owners brought the passport and jacket directly to the airport in time for the flight.

Great accomodation, Fantastic hosts

The property was perfectly located for us, close to some of the best beaches. Crabb Hill, Turner's and Darkwood beach are favourites with affordable rental for paddle boards. Groceries about 5 minutes away at Jolly Harbour and have some great local restaurants at a reasonable price just a walk away. Katherine and Trev were such great hosts. It's true that Antigua locals are very nice, warm people and our hosts are no exception. They gave great recommendations for activities and local businesses. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed, we even had a washing machine we could use which is very helpful when you visit beaches every day! If we ever had questions or needed something, they were very helpful. Definitely will be back, hopefully soon. Thank you again Trev and Katherine (and Scratches) for accommodating us and making sure our first visit to Antigua a great experience.

Booked this place for my uncle to stay while in Antigua fist of the communication was exceptional before I had even booked, he said that he very much enjoyed his stay here everything was as you can see in the pictures the host was very accomadating to any needs very clean and tidy Thank you.
