“These are so close to the Johnston Canyon enterance. The canyon can be very busy but this loation makes it possible to beat the crowds in the morning. The cabins are cute and they allowed our dog to stay with us. As typical with the area, there were lots of bears so just be sure to practice bear safety while walking. Loved the staff too! ”

“Bungalows were rustic but perfect in the setting. Check in/out was a breeze. So nice to enjoy the canyon on our own in the evening without the crowds.”

“I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property.
Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.”

“If you're lucky, you will have a great view of the mountain & river from your balcony. The staff are friendly too. Location is just few blocks away from the busy street of banff (stores & all). And you can catch up your bus to Gondola within 10mins walk from this lodge.”

"Camera datata, con porta che si chiude male, senza aria condizionata, wc che gocciola e moquette sporca (per dire i maggiori difetti). Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo dovuto anche alla scarsa offerta di Lake Louise di cui le strutture evidentemente si approfittano. La camera meritava una spesa di un quinto di quanto speso.
Al check out ho fatto presente gli inconvenienti e mi è stata offerta la colazione (peccato l’avessi già fatta) e niente più.
Se avessero più concorrenza non si comporterebbero così. "

Durante la permanenza la mia compagnia ha dovuto connettersi per un meeting di lavoro molto importante e dato che la struttura non ha un area adibita per business meetings, il personale le ha fornito una camera vuota per 3 ore senza chiedere un alcun supplemento, sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili."

Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno."

"Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare quotidianamente. Un posto incantevole che ci è rimasto nel cuore."
