“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared! That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows). “I feel sad the TV was very bad watch the image was like ghost and double picture and sound was terrible and they change to high level it was worse and remain the same level by watch with the Hp show also the shower was terrible to bath the water running near to the tap and ball touch to the tap.”

“The location is fine as it is 15mins walk to Legoland. The path however, is unsafe and next to bushes. Ended up full of mosquitos bites. Accomodation wise, the place has a pest control issue- lots of ants and saw a few cockroaches too. The towels and bedding are substandard. Definitely not a high end place, at most this is a 1 to 2 star place. ”
