In Joiselle, in a quiet hamlet, Le Murmure du Grand Morin is a 260 m² house designed to accommodate 11 people, set on 1.5 hectares of land with no neighbors directly across the way. Its spacious layout and various living areas allow you to enjoy a stay with family or friends while still providing plenty of space for everyone. On the first floor: a large dining room open to the kitchen, an utility room with a sink and washing machine, a living room with a TV, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed, a separate toilet with a sink, and a bathroom with a toilet. A third bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined, upon request, to form a single 180x200 cm bed; it has its own shower room with a toilet. Upstairs: a large living area with a sofa, table, and chairs, foosball table, and a reading nook. A double bedroom on the mezzanine, separated from the living area by curtains, with two 90x190 cm beds. A children’s bedroom with two 80x190 cm beds and the option of a third sleeping spot upon request thanks to a pull-out bed. A double bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the upper level. Outside, the large terrace is furnished with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The 1.5-hectare property offers several areas for relaxation as well as play areas for children.
