Hi Darren, Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I looked into your billing issue and it does look like a temporary hold was placed on your incidental card but nothing was actually charged to it. The hold will fall off of your account. It usually takes 3-5 business days. We are currently experiencing some maintenance issues with our pool and are working daily to correct them. I am truly sorry that it soured your experience during your stay.
