Hotel a Jones Cove

“Unfortunately the room didn’t have soap and wasn’t very clean. Upon our departure we discovered a large sum of cash missing from our safe in the room. Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there. ”

“Very friendly staff. Balcony room was just a few dollars more so why not. It’s essentially a window with a rail, there was no seating. ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Breakfest area sticky everywhere, tables, counters, floor. Room airconditioner so loud you can not slip, like some plastic bag get caught and was resonating. Toiled flush tank was not filling with water, we had to use bucket.”

“The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay ”

“Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

“The room was missing a drawer under bathroom vanity dor handles were falling apart and toilet was leaking across floor from broken plastic ring. Staff did come fix toilet right away. Food could have been warmer.”

“They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.”
