The Space:

Create lasting vacation memories in this condo in downtown Joseph, located right on Main Street. This family- and dog-friendly loft is nestled inside the old Bank of Joseph building and features an extremely walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door. Inside, you'll find a modern, comfortable interior. The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there's an adjacent dining area for four. After a day of exploring, the central AC will keep you cool as you gather in the living room to stream your favorite shows, courtesy of the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. No matter what season you've come to visit, this loft offers the perfect launching pad for outdoor adventures and a warm, welcoming stay each night.

The unit was conveniently located. Some minor cleaning issues, but over all a great place. No instructions on using the heating system (and trying the remotes yielded no results), but it never got unbearably cold. Didn't use the kitchen much but appeared to have everything you'd need to fix your own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot. We were surprised no coffee when there was everything else. Also confusing directions regarding garbage. We saw no can outside to deposit it as requested. Nice bed. The landing we looked on going down the stairs was EXTREMELY dirty. Might want to dust up there. Overall nice spot but fuide book w directions could be more thorough.

Perfect little secret spot

Home Away From Home

My first time in Joseph, visiting a dear friend I’ve known for 55 years. Location is perfect connecting you to feel like a local. I walked to church, did some shopping. Easy access to everything. It was perfectly clean exactly what was portrayed on the rental site. All the amenities I needed for my stay. I can’t wait to book it for my next stay. Thank you!

A gem of an apartment in a gem of a town

This was the ideal place to stay. Small but well designed and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, heating was great (we stayed in snowy February), and you could walk to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Heater/air conditioner (Lennox) did not work. Stairs are steep going from loft to bathroom so must be very careful in the middle of night. Lock box needs to be replaced

Property itself was Great. . . However the Address was incorrect as 2 S Main St. so navigation off!!

We Agree with previous Reviews about the Loft & Location. . . However due to the "Address" and "lockbox location" being incorrect on our Confirmation (which was changed after we finally found the "Loft" on the correct street after driving up and down Main St for over 30 minutes, asking local businesses and calling the Vacasa help number with no answering. I then via text message informed Vacasa of the correct street and where the lockbox actually was located. They apologized and asked me Not to say on review because they wanted to rectify the Address. Poor business practice!! I have been a Vacation Homeowner with VRBO. In summary, the Loft property and Location are Fantastic. The Loft itself is well appointed and Cleaning crew did a great job in preparation for our arrival. The communication and support with Vacasa leaves a lot to be desired!!

Cute bungalow in town!

What a lovely find here in Little Joseph, Oregon! It looks to be newly renovated, and all the finishes are just wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown being located right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.… Very clean, great location and super easy check in/check out.

Great downtown location!

The apartment is located right around corner from Arrowhead Chocolates. Once parked everything around town is easily walkable. Everything inside is new/remodeled and king bed in loft is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen but we did use other than refrigerator. Negatives: Unable to locate remote control for tv after looking everywhere. Also no tissues or soap (just hand sanitizer) in bathroom. Towels were ridiculously thin, rough and few.

The Loft Downtown is NOT a loft. It's a ground floor apartment with the bed in a loft. Bathroom is downstairs. They gave us the incorrect wifi network and incorrect wifi password. TV wasn't hooked up to Internet. When we called Vacasa they told us we were outside of business hours it was 6:05 pm. They gave us no hand towels, only 2 towels for 2 adults for 3 days. And 3 washclothes. There were no directions to manage the heat and cooling systems. We roasted. Also there were tons of plug in air fresheners. The smell was way over the top. No packages of tissues anywhere. Laying in bed at night, sneeze from the too much scent and you sneeze and have to go downstairs to blow your nose The one positive, the king bed was very comfy.
