“This is a great concept, and the Evans Family Farm delivers "glamping" in every way. I've camped rugged, like a sheepherder, many times in my life, and this was indeed the lap of luxury. Yes, you'll be "roughing it" a bit, but Kathy, Grady and Grady (mom, dad and son) provide all the necessary amenities. Especially if you've got kids, give this a try. The photo below was my view straight out the zip-door of the tent every morning...”

“The property is on a quiet street with easy walking access to the lake. The trees on the west side of the property helped keep the cabin cool in the afternoon. We appreciated the array of kitchen pots and pans, and the living room was spacious. We had originally planned to eat out a couple of times, but cooking and eating in the cabin just seemed so pleasant so we didn't stray for meals. ”

“We were very impressed with the property and found it clean and well equipped. We were not successful, however, in getting access to the house using the code provided. We did try the back door and found that it was open. I was not happy with my contacts with Vacasa. After I waited for an opportunity to speak with a representative (1/2 hour) I suddenly was disconnected and had to call back and had to wait again for another 15 minutes. “My family has been going to Wallowa Lake for over 30 years. I have seen this cabin hundreds of times and never stayed in it before now. Some of the cabins are getting a little old and rickety.I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this cabin is.Big, beautiful open space. Hosts were great to work with. Cabin is in a great spot right in the middle of the little downtown area close to shops, mini golf, tramway and trailhead. Cabin has all the necessities, good parking, and a beautiful yard. ...
