This beautiful, newly constructed tiny home was carefully designed to provide you with the perfect, stylish, desert escape.

Located 10 min from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and less than 5 min to downtown.

The home offers a FULLY fenced in yard so you can enjoy the outdoors in privacy. The backyard contains a beautiful fire pit & pergola with hanging hammock chairs, so you can enjoy the night sky in comfort. Our home is the perfect place for couples & small groups to getaway.

Our home, called "The Sunrise Haus" offers 391 square feet of pure, desert paradise. Our newly constructed home offers our guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Joshua Tree has to offer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
One queen bed plus a trundle with two twin mattresses. All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam and our guest rave about their comfort.

KITCHEN:
Even though it's a tiny house, the space still comes with a full size, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals, but please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The best part of coming to Joshua Tree is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so you can do just that. In the backyard, you'll find a fire pit surrounded by a beautifully constructed pergola with hanging hammock chairs. It's the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful Joshua Tree nights.

THE BASICS:
There's a powerful mini-split to cool the house during the hottest days, and a nice and toasty on the coldest night.

☆PETS☆

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!

Great Time in JT

My wife and I regularly visit JT and have stayed in a few different homes and this one is definitely one of our favorites. Super comfortable, stylish, and mix of modern with desert flare. Worked out great for us as a couple with our dog. We appreciated the ability to allow our dog some fenced-in adventure time in the yard. We definitely recommend this listing and would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect Stay

The perfect place to stay in Joshua Tree. Great location, easy checkin. Compact with everything you need for a great stay. Hot tub was easy to use. Very good communication with hosts. You won't be disappointed in this property.

Wonderful place close to everything!

My best friend and I were blown away from the moment we pulled into the driveway of this property. Such a beautiful space inside and out. It’s artfully decorated, super clean, and has ample room for several people. The hammocks and outdoor fireplace made a perfect spot to end a fun day in Joshua Tree. I highly recommend this place!

Exactly the right size for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The AC worked great. The shower was amazing 😍. Very close to Joshua Tree NP. I hope to come back one day (:
