Welcome to Joshua Tree Vista, your rustic-modern desert retreat flooded with bright, natural light. The open-concept living space features expansive glass sliders that create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.



This home comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Could have been so much more

The house is nice but the stay could have been better. The house didn't have glassware, it only had 3 coffee mugs, one of which the handle broke on day 1. There were no rugs in the bathroom so you had to use one of your towels. The luggage rack was broken. There was no dish soap only hand soap in the kitchen. Also the cookware was deplorable - the kitchen lacked some basic necessities so we were unable to cook and had all of our meals out. The property was pretty but wish we could have enjoyed it more. With some attention to detail would go a long way. Lastly, there is a big difference between dealing with a property management company versus an individual.

A great place but could use some improvements.

Overall we had a nice trip to this location, but there were some things that I found to be not so great as well. Pros: - place was cute and comfy, outdoor patio was nice to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Super clean very nice hot tub, was the highlight of the location. I think they should replace the lid with a new one. The beds and pillows were great and comfy. Kitchen was stocked and really nice to cook in. Cons: I tried to contact the owner once before showing up to ask questions but they never responded. You have to download a different app for details (not through vrbo which was confusing tbh. When arriving there was a bag of dog poop left behind by the previous inhabitant. The pool in the back was extremely rusted out and moldly, we couldnt swim in it (misadvertised) and were not informed we couldnt use it until we showed up and it was so gross. Some things were broken like the hot tub top and the step into the hottub had dry-rot so felt like it was about to break. Also one of the showers we couldnt figure out how to unplug the stopper so we couldnt use it to shower. Finally, the last day we were there a hour or two before checkout a man came by to inspect and i assume clean out the pool? The man arrived unannounced (we had no idea he was coming) and didn't even knock on the door to let us know he was coming around back, he just walked into the backyard and began looking around. it was weird and unsettling. Im glad he didnt see us changing as he just showed up.

Super adorable spot with great beds, showers and coffee. Easy 5 mile drive to the Joshua Tree National Park. Great spot for viewing stars. Thank you!

We had a great time!

Overall it was a great stay. We stayed with human and furry kids and I were pleased to see that they provided all amenities, including for dogs. It was clean and well maintained. The management company was quick to respond to any questions and friendly.
