In alto sopra il villaggio di Joshua Tree, a pochi passi dal Joshua Tree National Park. Rimarrete incantati dal gioco in continua evoluzione di sole e luna sul paesaggio desertico.

I servizi includono: Ampia sala grande con camino; Wi-Fi; TV a schermo piatto con Roku, Pandora e Netflix per musica e film su Internet; Lettore DVD e raccolta di classici DVD. Apri la parete della finestra di dodici piedi e sperimenta le viste e i suoni del deserto dall'interno della zona giorno. La cucina full size ha bellissimi ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio, una dispensa walk-in, tutto il necessario per preparare i tuoi pasti gourmet, un servizio lavanderia e un barbecue a gas.

La camera da letto principale, in stile messicano vintage, ha un lussuoso letto queen-size, un ventilatore a soffitto e una porta scorrevole in vetro sul vasto patio coperto. Il bagno principale ha una bellissima toeletta piastrellata Talavera, cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio per lenire quei muscoli stanchi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Scegli la camera Cowgirl con il suo arredamento antico, due letti singoli, ventilatore a soffitto o goditi il vecchio arredamento occidentale della camera Cowboy, il letto matrimoniale, il ventilatore a soffitto e la porta scorrevole in vetro sul patio. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una doccia e vasca complete. Tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono forniti.

Luna Vista dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata, ma le zone giorno esterne ti attireranno all'aperto: prova la doccia da cowboy o immergiti in una vasca da cowboy! Non c'è niente di meglio dopo una giornata di divertimento nel deserto! E mentre sei qui, non dimenticare di sperimentare il tortuoso sentiero naturalistico che ti condurrà intorno alla proprietà di 2,5 acri. Amazing home minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Beautiful and cozy interior with stunning views all around. Private and quiet and you call tell a lot of time and thought was put into decorating and stocking this home with supplies. Spent hours enjoying the landscape and wildlife watching from the back patio and hammock. There were just two of us but this would be a great place for families as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was so far beyond what the photos even show. The outdoor space was our fave but the inside of the house was very nice as well. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This place was absolutely perfect! A little private slice of Joshua Tree heaven. It felt like staying at a little 5 star resort that we had all to ourselves. The place and the views were spectacular. It is now some of our most cherished memories.

Our stay was wonderful! We were there for 2 month Dec & Jan. Large roomy refrigerator for those wanting an extended stay. Very comfortable beds!!! Super clean, well stocked. All the appliances you need. Lot's of desert wildlife. Very peaceful. Two exceptions (loud party, at neighbors once - didn't call to complain. Loud party twice, put in a complaint, to police, who responded right away. Keep in mind we were there two months, so 2 out of 62 days is good and the police respond, so only 1 bad night. Enjoyed Joshua Tree park (2 miles from entrance). Shopped farmers market every Sat, great offerings! The beautiful sunset in the picture is no exaggeration! The description of a nature retreat is spot on. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Trying to submit but doesn't seem to be working.

Luna Vista is an extraordinary place to stay! From the breathtaking sunrise to the tranquil night, every moment offers stunning views and an abundance of wildlife! The house exudes a charm reminiscent of Santa Fe, NM. Immaculately clean and comfortable, it features a well-appointed kitchen. Cindy, the host, is wonderfully communicative. I eagerly anticipate the next chance for my friends and family to experience the magic of Luna Vista! P.S. If you're a "birder," you will not be disappointed!

Location and setting couldn’t have been better. Property is situated amidst breathtaking hills studded with Joshua trees. Beautiful outdoor terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Outdoor fireplace was wonderful during the evenings. Property was the best equipped we have stayed in. Everything you could need in a kitchen. Cindy responded quickly to messages. Overall, an outstanding stay!

The house is beautiful. The outdoor space is unparalleled. Little paths that take you to a hammock or a small table and chairs. Birds galore. A view to knock your socks off at sunrise. Proximity to the western entrance of Joshua Tree. Super clean and private. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely place

We loved our weekend stay. The attention to detail and how caring the owners are highly recommended. The views and isolation is what I was looking for. A small warning but doesn’t take anything away is that the dirt road leading to the property is accessible (we used our mini van) but it can be a bit challenging to those that never drove in a dirt road. 10/10. Really enjoyed our stay

Great stay close to Joshua Tree National Park

Honestly, the location couldn't have been any better for our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the entrance station. The house sits up on a hill with a huge patio off the back with an amazing view and nice breeze. The kitchen was well appointed. Our only disappoint was we didn't get to see the tortoise.

LUNA VISTA, my introduction to desert life

I've only considered myself to be an oceanfront vacationer. That all changed when my daughter talked me into a trip to Joshua Tree. The only bad point is that I didn't book a longer stay.The house is amazing. You won't need to buy anything but food. I over-shopped, because everywhere I've stayed before required more staples. This wasn't the case at Luna Vista. Cindy supplied everything -the coffee, filters, creamer, paper towels, tp, shampoo, soap, etc... We didn't need to turn on the AC or heat. The temp in the house stayed comfortable the entire time.The setting enchanted me. I was raised in the country hearing only birds and animals; and to me, that's a little piece of heaven on earth. I live in the country now, but hear traffic all day. Luna Vista was like hitting rewind and getting away from the noise pollution. Granted, the neighbors ARE a bit vocal...and by this, I mean the sparrows, doves, quails (which were #1 on my bird 'must see' list, as I hadn't seen a quail since I was a youngster), and coyotes. They supplied the background music to a most refreshing desert visit.Day 1 provided my long hoped for quail sightings (as did every day of our stay.) A beautiful coyote family did a walk-through on their way down into the wash that runs along the property. I didn't see any roadrunners, but I saw enough rabbits for the coyotes to chase to offset that. The desert flowers and cacti were breathtaking. The mountains and valleys would inspire poets. We hope to return.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Beautiful views from the patio and fire pit area. Inside of the home was great. I’ve runout of superlatives to describe it. We will definitely be back. My only regret in giving this kind of review is the fact that they may be booked constantly. This host does it right. Best VRBO we have ever had.

Enjoyable stay at Luna Vista

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the house and the setting. The weather was great the first week and we took advantage of the many outdoor areas and outdoor shower. The second week it got chillier and windy so we spent less time hanging outside. It’s only 3.5 miles from the park entrance so we hiked a lot. Would stay again if in the area.

Worthy of 10/10

Stayed for 3 nights with my family of 5 (3 kids 10 and under). Great house that led to a memorable family vacation. The surrounding property is fantastic - the kids spent hours exploring and we enjoyed the views. Inside, the attention to detail is top notch - well stocked everything, top class furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc.The seclusion is available at the end of a dirt road that felt a little shaky under our Honda Pilot. It does give you pause to run out for a quick coffee or to the store. But it's worth it. Stock up for the weekend and enjoy this fantastic house. My family already wants to book another trip.
