Welcome to your private wellness spa in the heart of the Hi-Desert — heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, fire pit & hammocks, all on a half-acre of redwood-fenced desert that's entirely yours.

1,665 sq ft with soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, and sliding glass doors framing the desert.

- Primary Suite — King bed, en-suite bath, double vanity, walk-in shower & closet
- Guest Bedroom 1 — Queen bed + work desk
- Guest Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
- Shared guest bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower with mountain views
- Two twin folding beds with full bedding for guests 7 & 8

Sleeps up to 8. ($25 per guest per night for guests beyond 6.)

Inside you'll also find a fully stocked kitchen (Keurig, French press, blender, and more), washer & dryer, smart TV, fast WiFi, yoga mats and weights, pool and bath towels, toiletries, a pack & play, and keyless entry with codes sent 24 hours before arrival. Free parking in the driveway for 2+ cars.

** Pool Heating — warm the pool to a resort-style 84° **
- Dec, Jan, & Feb: $150/night
- Nov & Mar: $95/night
- Apr & Oct: $75/night
- May, Jun, & Sep: $50/night
- Jul & Aug it usually isn’t needed
- We begin heating the pool before check-in, so it’s warm when you arrive. 2 night minimum

** Cold Plunge — cool off from the desert heat in an instant **
- Apr to Oct: $70 setup fee (covers up to 3 nights) + $15/night beyond 3 nights
- Nov to Mar: $50 setup fee (covers up to 3 nights) + $5/night beyond 3 nights
- We clean and fill the tub before your stay, configure it remotely at the temp you choose, and chill it so it's cold at arrival

** EV Charging — unlimited Level 2, plus private garage access **
- $10/night, $30 minimum
- J1772 connector — Tesla drivers, bring your adapter
- Charger runs overnight each day starting at 9pm until 4pm the following day (it avoids peak rates from 4pm to 9pm)
- Plug in on arrival, leave with a full battery — no Supercharger stop on the way home

All add-ons need to be requested at least 24 hours in advance (48+ hours for cold plunge) for us to guarantee they're ready upon arrival

-- DOGS WELCOME --

Bring your pup — the fenced half-acre was made for them. $75 per dog, non-refundable, max 2, with prior approval. Just message us their name and breed before booking. Guests are responsible for cleanup and any damage beyond normal wear.

-- THINGS TO KNOW --

- Child safety: Children should be supervised at all times, especially around outdoor amenities.
- Please rinse in the outdoor shower before using the pool, hot tub, or cold plunge — sunscreen and lotions can ruin it for everyone. Excessive dirtying will incur a restoration fee.
- Cold plunge is for cold therapy only. Please don't drain it, adjust the chiller settings, or use it as a bath.
- Max occupancy 8 guests overnight. No additional guests.
- Quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m. per San Bernardino County.
- Check-in 4 PM & Check-out 11 AM. Early check-ins & late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur a small fee.
- Smoke-free property, inside and out.
- Outdoor security cameras face community-access areas only — none inside the home or facing private amenity areas.
