“Clean room, amazing pool and onsite restaurant. My only complaint was the beach towels . They need a towel stand . The rooms could use new towels also. We stayed there for 4 nights and each day the towels were better than the day before. ”

“We spent one night here prior to our yacht rental began and wished we hadn’t. The room was very basic and frankly nasty. Sugar ants everywhere, crappy towels, restaurant on the dock overpriced and very average as far as the food. At $355 per night we expected better. ”

“The hotel is modern, spacious and very elegant. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, new furnishings, a fully stocked kitchenette and a lovely balcony with seating. The service team was extremely friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.”

“The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. ”

The room was great with very comfy bed. Lunch at Stoutt’s Look Out is very good value and only 10 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay, sad to be going back to UK!”

“This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. “Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! “Albergo di classe ,personale attento,spiaggia non molto comoda per le camere oceanfront ma bella e lunga,cibo non vario e mediocre. Non ritengo giusto che facciano pagare extra il transfert $ 60 a testa calcolando che il resort e' su un isola privata e non servita da mezzi pubblici,a mio avviso dovrebbe essere inserito nel prezzo delle camere.”

“Great ocean view rooms with incredible decks on the water. Food was top notch for all meals and the beach is gorgeous with first class cabanas. Some negatives: the pool, gym and pickleball / tennis courts are across a small road. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Lots of mosquitos poolside so be careful. But the biggest negative is that the ocean is not swim-able due to huge rocks in the water. I saw zero people in the ocean over my 3 day stay. Zero! Maybe with some water shoes it could be done...

“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it.
