“The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. Finally, be warned that there are no fans (let alone air conditioning) in the apartment, so it is stiflingly hot in the heat. I appreciate this is not the host's fault,...

“Logement très propre et bien situé. L’air climatisé rend le logement très confortable. L’arrivée autonome est très simple. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 ados et nous étions très confortable . J’y retournerais certainement!!!”

“Super cute micro apartment. A little challenging to go up and down a long ladder to bed but doable if you’re agile and awake enough to get to the bathroom when needed. For me, the neighbors nearby and door slamming outside the living area was a little tough but if you’re not there much or not sensitive to noise it’s probably fine.”
