Just 1 km away, you will find the “Vioreau plein nature” leisure center open during the summer period (no fishing possible). For further excursions, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km away, Nantes 45 km away. Everything in this gîte harmoniously combines comfort, nature and authenticity, while respecting the place.

Enclosed garden of 1200 m² where it is possible to sit from sunrise to sunset, with terrace (south-east facing).
Ground floor: lounge/living room (fireplace with insert), separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 beds with private shower room, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 3: 90x190 bed and direct access to the garden), bathroom bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Some rooms on the ground floor are accessible by 2 steps.
