“I REFUSED to check in that terrible offered “room that I booked through Expedia, a room package with airfare. When I arrived after long and exhausting flights, I was offered a “Cabin room” which is a room with no windows, not even one, not even a tiny one …!!! The kind check in clerk did his best to offer me another room, but the restaurant exhaust was right at my room level, and for a big difference in cost. No other room was available that night. “First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. ”

“The value for the stay was good. The pool was closed which was disappointing. I left 2 shirts and the cleaning staff ran after me to give to me which was so kind.”
