“The room is clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The air conditioning is really good in the room. The breakfast in the morning are ok, if you are not used to eating a lot of carbs, it is not for you.”

“Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.”

“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained.
