Cottage di lusso sulla splendida Oceanfront Acreage con oltre 1000 metri di costa

Parte della bella tenuta di Seaward, il Rowan Cottage è una delle due case vacanza su quasi 6 acri di selvaggia costa occidentale della costa occidentale (più di mille metri di costa). Ampiamente ristrutturato nella primavera del 2018, il livello principale del cottage è caratterizzato da cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e aree studio. Ci sono due camere da letto (1 letto king size e 1 letto queen size) e un bagno a questo livello. Il soggiorno è giù 6 gradini a livello del giardino con facile accesso attraverso una porta di raccordo al patio. Tutte le stanze principali hanno enormi finestre che si affacciano sullo stretto di Juan de Fuca e sulle montagne olimpiche: la qualità della luce nella casa è sorprendente.
All'esterno godetevi i giardini del cottage, la casa sulla spiaggia e la spiaggia di ciottoli che si fonde con l'Otter Point Park.

We are just back after 5 great nights at this property and we are already thinking about booking to go again. The location is simply incredible and we were amazed at the variety of wildlife on our doorstep. We saw Orca, humming birds, bald eagles, gray or humpback whales, rabbits, deers,seals and sea otters all in or from the garden.Can 100% recommend and would definitely go again.

Wonderful 10 day stay. Loved the early morning views with my coffee. Ray was awesome. The cottage had everything we needed. Could run to the market and get food to cook. My favorite part was the beach art shack.

Amazing spot in Sooke

This is our second stay at Seaward. It’s a beautiful spot. We love all of the places you can hang out - beach, beach house, picnic tables, patio, chairs by the cliff. House is very comfortable and because we were there a week, we made use of the washer and dryer. Much appreciated. The bed is super comfortable. Ray is around for anything you might need and he’s great to talk to. Our only suggestion for improvement is keeping the windows and sliding glass door cleaner. We’ll be back!

50 th wedding anniversary

So glad we reserved the Rowen Cottage! Closest to the water & even though I had read & saw all the pictures I walked in & both my husband & I said WOW! Awesome picture windows in living room & mstr bdrm! Had a black bear mosey through our back yard just before dark! So cool!!! Watched a pod of resident whales for 30 mins. Shirley’s Delicious was just that delicious! Ray the grounds keeper is such a nice man & made is feel so welcome. I’d recommend this place everyday of the year. Wonderful 50th anniversary! Thank you Wally‼

A hidde gem placed next to the ocean. It was beautiful, peaceful, and so well taken care of. You could see the love that was put into the care of the cottage, the grounds, and Ray came by everyday to ask if we needed anything. A truly magical place that will hold fond memories. I would gibe this place 20 stars if I could!!!!!!

We stayed at this property last year and fell in love with it. We just had to return. It is indeed still lovely, comfortable, and like a second home we wish we owned. Piece of paradise

This is an absolutely beautiful property with sea views from all sides and access to beaches two ways. The place is so comfortable and fully equipped. Just a piece of paradise if you want to have a relaxing, quiet place to stay.

Excellence in Sooke

We loved this property and are already planning a return trip. Both my husband and my son were able to 'shut down' and just gaze out at the view for hours. The location is very private and quiet, other than the sound of the waves and birds. The cabin is a short drive from Sooke which has amazing restaurants. Communication with the owners was great, and the caretaker, Ray is very sweet. We can't wait to return!

Better than Website Photos!

The cottage is wonderful. It is modern, beautifully furnished, private, and has an excellent view (even in the rain) to name only a few things that made our stay outstanding! The manager, Kristie, responded quickly to our questions and the check-in/out was easy. When we were leaving, we met Ray (very nice person), the maintenance person, and he shared the property's interesting history with us. We highly recommend it!

Magnificent Property

Rowan Cottage is a gem, and the location is stunning. It was perfect for us in every way - from the luxurious master with the most comfortable king bed, to the fully stocked kitchen to the fabulous views from almost every room. There was more than ample space for the two of us. We really loved the privacy, and enjoyed a couple of meals on the terrace in the sunshine. The sunsets were incredible. We hope to return many times, as we haven't found anything else that compares.

Spectacular cottage at otter point 15 minutes from Sooke

Stunning oceanfront property, modern cottage, all the amenities and responsive property managers. I couldn’t have been happier with the stay, pet friendly as well. I have stayed here 3 times and making it a fourth in March. I was just there owner Christmas and appreciated the Christmas decorations and tree. It made the holiday stay festive…

Amazing property

This property is such a gem. We had a wonderful stay. It is close enough to downtown Sooke (for groceries, etc.) but feels secluded at the same time. The cottage shared a property with two other cottages, but that did not affect our stay at all. It was also extremely dog friendly. We would definitely return!

Great as always

Our third stay during storm watch season and we sure got a storm! The place was perfect for safely hunkering down and Kristi made sure we had lots of wood for the fire, water for the power outage and general “are you guys ok”. Our trip this time included China Beach, Port Renfrew and a daily walk out Whiffin Spit. Our dog gave things four paws up! Even the Crab Shack was open on the Saturday so we had a crab feast one night. Thanks again to Wally and team - we’ll see you next year!
