This newly designed, modern waterfront home features:

● Three Comfy Bedrooms: Elegant furnishings, high-quality linens, and ample storage.

● Two Modern Bathrooms: Fresh towels, essential toiletries, and contemporary fixtures for convenience and comfort.

● Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils.

● Elegant Living Area: Stylish lounge with plush seating and flat-screen TV.

● Dining Room: Large table comfortably seating your entire group.

● Shared Dock and Beach: Ideal for launching kayaks, fishing, or soaking in the waterfront ambiance. (Dock rental available at $100/night, waiver required. Boat must be insured.)


Guest access

Guests have private access to the lower portion of the home. The backyard and dock are shared spaces that all guests are welcome to enjoy on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: There is an upper unit on the property that may be booked or occupied by other guests.


Other things to note

House Rules:

● No smoking on the property (including vaping)

● No parties or loud noises

● Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

● Only registered guests may stay in the house

Violations may result in being asked to leave and/or fines.
