“It’s our first time in the Dominican Republic, and we didn’t think we would enjoy a wellness hotel so much. Juan Santos showed us around the hotel and provided excellent assistance on New Year’s Eve. Pros: the food, the entertainment, the staff’s always smiling and attentive service, the spa, and the clean beach. Cons: there is no shop, and transportation could be improved”

“This is a beautiful resort! The staff is very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the pools and sun decks were plentiful. Overall, a great vacation. My only suggestion is to update the cardio equipment in the fitness room. The treadmills are very old and stop frequently. The spin bikes are also well worn and do not have much resistance. Otherwise, a fabulous trip!”

“From the lobby and pool areas to the rooms, this entire hotel is amazing. Well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very nice, each room with its own dedicated AC — a huge plus when everyone sleeps at different temperatures. Modern Samsung appliances and fully stocked kitchenware made the stay even more convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
