“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". “WiFi wasn’t great. Room ac did not work well. Smoking was allowed in every area of the resort. Small selection, but Food was good.
No reservations at restaurants made it difficult to navigate. You had to show up the minute they opened to reserve a spot for that evening.
Excursions from this resort were top notch, much better than other resorts I’ve stayed.
Staff was friendly when asked, but not overly helpful until asked, even in restaurants I found myself having to ask for drinks....

“It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one:
No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing.
No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place.
Room is switched. At 11 PM fire alarm went off ( no one’s fault ) and I was offered another room after making it clear that I would not spend the night in there.
At midnight went to my 3rd room, no TV...
