“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". “Everything was excellent. Spa prices are too exorbitant. Plus you didn't have any male masseurs. Food was fantastic and the ambiance was so good. Would go back again”

“The staff was helpful, friendly, and just overall incredible. Our room was great and even came with it's own small private pool! Speaking of pools, the pools, common areas, and facilities on the property were great. The all inclusive food and drinks were the only set back here- they just weren't very good. Thankfully, the restaurants on the marina made up for it. It's worth paying extra for the great food because every single restaurant was delicious!”

“Room was clean and it had everything we needed to spend the night. However, the surrounding area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially at night. I recommend it because our flight got cancelled and the easiness of reserving and checking in last minute was incredible. Everyone was nice and the hotel served it's purpose. We also ordered food and it arrived warmed and it was delish. We also used the pool. Overall, good experience for the price. ”

“Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture.
