“The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. I had concerns that there was mold there, and I had a video of one room that had water damage in the ceiling and in the walls that was visible whenever...

“Nice room, but with a couple different "minor" issues that overall were just a daily annoyance. Had a butler, but this was barely of any help. Food overall pretty good, some nights had limited choices at the buffet.”

“The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming, bartender played good music and drinks, birthday dinner was great the steak was perfect and they surprised me with a birthday cake. Will definitely visit again”

“Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. ”
