“The apartment is very nice, spacious and well maintained. The property manager is attentive and responsive.”

“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“Our rental was just recently updated! We enjoyed sitting on our patio that was just steps from the pool. Check in and check out super easy. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Management was available to answer questions and get us water. Very safe with security in complex watching over things at night. Super close to beach! I would recommend staying here!”

“People partying until 2:30 4:30 in the morning very loud security doesn’t do anything about the noise had to complain about two or three times before they did one thing the following night the exact same thing no action nice place, but most likely will not return due to noise and trying to sleep at night”

“This is a great location for a low-key, relaxing stay; but also right in the middle of everything.Amazingly friendly staff that can help with any questions.Location is right on the beach, and there are beach lounge chairs available without the hassle of wristbands, etc. Beach is kept clean and very private. (There will be some vendors on the beach, but not aggressive).Location is right in the middle of stores, so you can get souvenirs, groceries, and drinks nearby. Restaurants are all around...

“The property was as described on the listing. The view was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Everything you need is here or nearby. We had plenty of food and local shop options near us, so getting things was easy. The only downfall was a washing machine that didn't work properly, and the flooded streets. This made it impossible to walk along the streets. Overall it's an amazing property.”
