Resort con appartamenti a Juba Sound

“Amazing 👏”

“a new hotel, beautiful room, top services, all available, excellent transfer to the fabulous beach, excellent food (we are Italian), we celebrated 25 years of marriage, it couldn't have been better”

“Struttura piacevole con una piccola piscina al suo interno. A pochi metri vi è l'accesso ad una meravigliosa spiaggia dove vi sono gli ombrelloni e le sdraio dell'hotel. Ampio parcheggio per gli ospiti. Colazione "light"”

“Struttura comoda con personale disponibile. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ”

“The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).”

“The property was bad and boring. No outside view (no window), no warm water in shower, and no functional TV.”

“Buona pulizia personale molto cortese”

“I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.”

“Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

“It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.”

“Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints”

“The staff were so friendly they felt like family. The area was secluded and beautiful surrounded by trees and an easy access creek where they provided kayaking services to add to your stay. Close to the ariport and local attractions making travel easy. Check in and check out was an easy process and I felt 100% welcome. When we come back I will likely book in the same location.”

“The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely...

“What a beautiful, relaxing place to spend a few days in paradise! My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend our anniversary. George and Beth are super hosts and the manager, Maggie, made the whole process easy as could be. The property is close to dining and other activities, but offers plenty of privacy and pease and quiet. We recommend this property whole-heartedly!”
