“Our bill was 165 however they held out 215 off the card. I assume it is for a deposit. But there is nothing on the invoice about a deposit. It has not been put back on my account yet, however it has only been 2 days since our stay”

Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. “We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the breakfast area was clean and tidy. The hot breakfast items were yummy, and there were lots of other options. Our room was lovely, with a good temperature, and the bed comfortable. The carpets had all just been freshly deep cleaned.”

“I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.”

“This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. “Very clean, comfortable and quiet. I met the owners that run the hotel and they are very friendly folks. All the amenities worked well. These are the things that are important to me.”

“Coffee maker was dated, not a Keurig. Disposal was jammed & not working, but they fixed it right away. Everything else was very nice. Comfortable place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good food for breakfasts. Definitely recommend this place.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, beautiful and felt like a princess. Paid for the presidential club access but not sure it was worth it. No snacks as they claimed except cheese sticks. Breakfast carry option was great but if you advertise this you should at least have milk for the cereal.”
