I would stay away from this location for several reasons until a renovation has happened:1. There was black mold in one bedroom. It was removed by the company the next day after we found it and called them, but it is still a big red flag that they didn’t discover it while cleaning. 2. The cleaning before our stay was very basic: vacuuming and some wiping, but that's it. Cleaning the windows, cleaning the cracks in the table, wiping the floor, vacuuming the rugs or the couch, removing stains from furniture, or cleaning behind furniture seemed to be too hard a task and was neglected for several months/years.Calling the dishes clean is more of a punchline than the truth. Also cleaning the dishwasher — which was definitely necessary and most likely the cause of the dirty dishes — was done by my family and not the staff. Gathering up leaves or sweeping the outside seems to be also done by the wind and not humans.3. The last renovation was apparently finished in 2021, but the tools are still scattered around the property: there were paintbrushes lying around, the garden hose was thrown in the corner, planks and rags are hanging/lying in the shack for no reason, two old bikes are standing there as well for no reason.The storage room is cluttered with old things and household items.If you want to pay a lot of money for a great location, you are definitely in the right place. In the summer, the garden can be of good use. But the conditions of the house put such a big damper
