“Ho soggiornato all’Envoy Hotel per qualche giorno e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro pedonale di Belgrado, a due passi da Knez Mihailova e Kalemegdan, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e confortevoli, con tutti i servizi necessari e un letto molto comodo. Lo staff è gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, servita in un ambiente elegante e tranquillo.”

“Whatsapp the owner and she gets you in touch with her brother for round trip transportation from airport to the apartment. Very easy. Apartment is steps away from old town and all the action. Apt is a typical good apartment with everything you need. Best was just the communication with the driver and host. Makes it so nice and easy.”

Forse per lavori in corso balcone chiuso da finto muro di erba quindi camera molto buia e poco luminosa peraltro assai rumorosa.”

“The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel.”

“The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major sites and museums. Public transportation (buses and trolleys) were very efficient and free. Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.”

“Staff excellent and supportive and we had a fire incident but because of the staff all went fine and professional especially Helena has handled us extremely well that we got our luggage after the incident and reached the airport well on time. Please send her our best gratitude and thanks.”

“Central location at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Great choice of restaurants and shops. Pnly downside there are 2 floors but no lift (elevator). And it’s a bit noisy, all the rooms are above bars, during the week there’s noise until midnight. ”
