“Not want I had expect. Environment iwas not comfortable enough for a good nights stay, I expected. Staff didn't know my stay included breakfast so I had to wait for them to order for items to prepare it. This inconvenienced me.”

“The room was cleanly kept, upon my arrival each day. And the staff was always cheery with a smile, very easy to talk to. The room had a minisplit air conditioner that could freeze you out in minutes if you wanted, and their WiFi and smart TVs were modern and fast, didn’t run into power hiccups or latency issues. Their pool was cleanly and they also have nice well behaved cats that you’ll see from time to time just as elsewhere within Nairobi. I really enjoyed being right beside village market...

“This hotel is a scam. I had booked and paid for a room two months in advance. My flight was delayed and I had messaged the hotel a couple of days prior to arrival and they did not reply. When I arrived (at 2 a.m.) they said there were no rooms and they had sold out. When I showed my receipt and booking reference, they said there was no record of me reserving a room.
