“Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.”

“Roxanne the manager on duty was great! She was very attentive and kind and funny with jokes. She was smiling from the time we checked in until the day we checked out and always asked if everything was going well and if I needed anything any time she saw me in the lobby etc. Rest of the staff was friendly and kind as well and met all our needs while we stayed. We typically don’t ask for much :). Would def stay again!”

“This place is cooler than cool. It's extremely well maintained. Historical through and through. The rooms are larger than a typical hotel, with extremely high ceilings. A common area with snacks and refreshments just for the very limited # of rooms/guests. The restaurant and bar downstairs is great. And... despite being above the bar and restaurant (which close at a reasonable hour btw), I did not have ANY issues with noise. Lastly, the staff was 10:10 with checking in / assistance /...

The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead”
