The Loft Alla stazione Julian - alimentari, sale di degustazione e Country Walks in un unico luogo!

Ti piacciono le sale di degustazione, cibi e musica sani e deliziosi? Questo confortevole loft degli anni '40 si trova vicino alla Stazione Julian. La stazione dispone di Colt's Burger Bar (hamburger alimentati con erba senza ormoni o antibiotici), 3 sale degustazione uniche (sidro duro, vino e cioccolato, birra) e 5 negozi divertenti e uno splendido patio panoramico sul retro. Il Loft è privato e tranquillo, ma ancora situato appena sopra la stazione Julian per un eccitante, divertente e facile soggiorno. Anche se abbiamo musica dal vivo durante il giorno e diverse sale di degustazione, il loft è privato. Il nostro posto è molto orientata verso la famiglia e le cose di solito rilassarsi intorno alle 7 (che è oltre la maggior parte dei posti a Julian!). La sala Craft Beer Tap & Tasting è aperta fino alle 08:00 ma non si sente nulla da The Loft. Siamo adiacenti alla Highway 78 e una strada sterrata rurale tranquilla chiamato Orchard Lane, che offre passeggiate panoramiche e una vista mozzafiato. Siamo anche a pochi passi da molte altre attrazioni della zona Wynola di Julian tra cui ristoranti, oro panning, uno zoo e campo di zucche, fieno giostre, 2 negozi a torta e 2 centri antichi. Abbiamo così tanto da fare in loco alla Stazione Julian, tra cui:

-Il Cooler Craft Beer Bar & Sala di degustazione

Like a 70's cabin next tona main road with motorcycles ripping by all night had to have the windows open. Nothing is open in the evening or in the morning so you have to drive a few miles. Pretty area but there are regular hotels, we ended up leaving the 2nd night because it was a motorcycle rally and well its on the road hot with open windows and bikes blared music w pipes to wake everyone. Beautiful area...

Good for the Basics

Immediately upon arrival we were a little uncomfortable. We were sent a message that the door would be unlocked and the key would be on the table/counter. We flew in from Florida and arrived near midnight. The door was not only unlocked but WIDE open. Unless you have the door locked constantly it will open by itself. It also isn’t mentioned that this is located in a “Dark Sky Community”. For someone who isn’t local or aware these things exist, it means when we arrived it was pitch black and there’s no street lights to guide you because the town works as a whole to keep light pollution down. We were told to park on a certain side of the Burger Bar, but there wasn’t any signage for the Burger Bar. We just parked and hoped for the best. I messaged through VRBO about it and never received a response the entire time we stayed. WIFI is public and we couldn’t get it to work. There’s much more furniture in the rooms than in the pictures making things feel cramped. My older parents commented the bed in the main room was too firm and opted to sleep on the couch and recliner. The fridge and cabinets were full of leftover products from previous stays. Handy if you forget something but off-putting because of germs and you don’t know how long it’s been there. The bathroom has no ventilation and it’s on well water so smells heavily of iron. Plenty of toys and books for kids in bunk bed room, but the dresser is full of linens. Location is beautiful, great for walks, but rental needs work.

Great weekend getaway

The Loft @ Julian station was a fun little weekend getaway for our family. There was no need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance. Good food, cold drinks and music in the evening. Would definitely come stay again.

Surprise Surprise

This place is nothing like the photos. We felt like we were staying in someone's full-time home. So much personal clutter in every room. Bathroom was gross - mold everywhere. 10 bottles of shampoo on the floor of the little shower. Nowhere to put your toiletries because the cabinets were packed. Closets were packed messes - couldn't hang your clothes up. The primary bedroom closet smelled of musty mold. Missing or burned out light bulbs, dirty BBQ, 4-cup coffee pot, fireplace thermostat didn't work, constant problems with the WiFi (no TV). The only thing this place has going for it was the location. Has potential but the owners need to do some work and put some money into this place.

Great place with amazing location

We loved staying here. The location is great. Close to downtown Julian, but far enough away from the crowds. We loved the brewery and cider options right downstairs and there's a nice restaurant, pizza place, and pie spot within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Cute Historic Loft

Cute place & beautiful Mountain Views ! We read every review before booking here. Lots talked about being family friendly, a great quiet location.. etc. You hear no noise from the Taste Room as the description says, because you hear it from the highway.. No one mention the fact that we would have to bring a case of bottled water for our family, because the tap water has a system, that did what for it in the end?? It was smelly & tasted awful. We had other concerns to be addressed, to which the Owner was very kind but we will not be returning like others said they would.

Total Gem

Stayed here with my spouse and two kids ages 3 and 7 and it was just perfect. The location could not be better. Fort Cross is across the street as is apple picking. Downstairs there were so many fun things for my kids to do. My only concern had been that it would be noisy since it is just off the road and next to the junction, but it was quiet as can be and we all slept great.

I stayed here with a friend of mine to finish hiking the Coast to Crest trail, 3 of the trails were just down the road. The place was charming and in a great location if you want to stay away from the crowds in Julian while still within a quick driving distance. The only downside is the highway noise, I wish I would have brought ear plugs for sleeping. Also note that most of Julian Station is only open Friday-Sunday. Despite the road noise, I look forward to returning with my family.
