“The water view is awesome! The staff is friendly. For an older property the room was clean. The walk ability to downtown Juneau is great. ”

“Overall, a really pleasant stay in a suite on the 2nd floor. I was on the side looking toward the whale sculpture and away from the bridge, so traffic noise was minimal. The suite was nice and spacious with a full kitchen & living area, felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The kitchen was minimally stocked with essentials, but I'd be sure and bring butter, salt and pepper if I were staying again. Few little things could have been better... there was a broom but no dustpan, the...

“ staff was professional and generally friendly and helpful. The property is well cared for The atrium is nice and bright and welcome on both sunny and cloudy days. The cookies , fruit and bars during the day and evening and good coffee are welcome. The continental breakfast is good. hotel is quiet and well landscaped. Location works well for the Valley and airport proximity. ”
