Modern chic meets coastal comfort in the main floor open living space with one of the most comfortable sofa's we've EVER sat on!
The indoor dining area is equipped with seating for 4 and 2 additional outdoor seating areas make the main level a great place to gather after a long day at the beach, or exploring the amazing activities Jupiter has to offer.
Relaxing and refreshing is the ahhhh-mazing breeze when both balcony doors are open in the cooler months.
A half bath and the compact washer and dryer are located on the first floor off of the kitchen.

The Queen bedroom is well outfitted with 2 nightstands, usb ports, bedside lamps, tall dresser, ceiling fan, 40" smart Tv, desk with chair, and En-Suite bathroom. This room also has a "chair and a half" that opens to a bed suitable for a small child (not a teen or an adult)

Endless Summer's balcony overlooks the lake and you can often hear people chatting on the walking path or at the pool, a tennis game in the distance and sometimes music from Twisted Tuna, when the doors are open.
There are no units above us, so noise from people walking is never an issue.

~On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (All guests over 18 years of age per HOA requirement for rentals), security deposit authorization and short term agreement with e-signature, for access to the property. Guest registration with ID's is required for community registration form and HOA parking permit (1 parking permit included per unit-vehicle information required). ID verifications, security deposit authorization and short term agreement are required within 48 hours of booking.

Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.

We love our pets and your pets, however Endless Summer is a pet free home.
Service animals require proof of vaccination and a check up w/in the last 30 days.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Doorbell camera may be used to monitor this policy.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Owner must bring coverings if the service animal is required to be on furnishings.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.
Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.
A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.
Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
Violations of the above will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.

As of 10/25/2025 Airbnb fees are built into the nightly price you see. We have no control over their rate and the pricing is set based on the new "host only model". The cleaning fee is also included in the nightly rate and Airbnb collects 15.5% on the total. Vrbo now collects 12% on the total amount and you will also have Discretionary/PBC/State of FL Taxes ~ 12% mandated on all booking platforms. All stays more than 10 days are invoiced a mid-stay cleaning fee of $155.00 separate from the booking total of the booking.
