Bella Vista on the Park è una delle 8 ville a schiera situate in una comunità sicura con accesso a piedi alla piscina condominiale, club house con cucina all'aperto, campi da tennis, ecc. Proprio dietro la villa c'è un bellissimo parco e la spiaggia (meno di 10 minuti a piedi o 3 minuti in auto con parcheggio gratuito). La villa si trova tra la via navigabile inter costiera e l'Oceano Atlantico. Lo stadio Roger Dean dista solo 6 miglia e il nuovo Ballpark of the Palm Beaches è a soli 20 minuti. L'aeroporto internazionale di Palm Beach dista circa 30 minuti e l'aeroporto internazionale di Fort Lauderdale meno di un'ora di auto. Un sacco di campi da golf, pesca, ristoranti e charter nelle vicinanze. Il negozio di alimentari è a meno di un miglio. Fun Family Christmas Vacation

We come to the Jupiter area every Christmas because of relatives in the area. Steve’s unit is well-maintained. He is very responsive. It’s a great area for beach, pool, tennis, restaurants, and multiple other activities!

Excellent

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. The location was ideal. There was a park with a walking path behind the complex, a beach within walking distance from the park, and all of our favorite places to visit were nearby. The condo was very clean and the area was quiet. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach if needed. We had a great experience overall! We highly suggest this rental to others.

Christmas Fun

We enjoyed staying at Steve’s place. We have stayed in Bella Vista for years it is a great location in terms of proximity to beach, tennis and good restaurants and bars!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, the inlet, and the ICW. The host was accommodating, and communication was easy. We highly recommend this property!

Very nice condo and a great location.

Renting it was ok although Steve had some issues getting confirmation with VRBO. Door lock code did not work and there were no lights by the door Had to call Steve to reset the code. Then it worked fine.

Great location for 7 days of coastal escapades, yet safe and snug for a 2-day hurricane hunker in the middle. Quiet neighbors, even when a unit 2 buildings away was threatened with conflagration. 500 steps to sunrise on the beach; pool was spacious and accommodated both exercise and efforts to fraternize.

Family Vacation

This location was quiet and still close to activities that we could do. Kayaking, swimming on the beach, Jupiter lighthouse, and the turtle rescue are just some of the things that we did. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking just about anything.

Great location and spacious layout.

Kids loved that they each got their own bedroom with a TV and bathroom. The beach was a short walk away. Entrance to beach also has plenty of free parking if you have a lot to carry. Townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed to include beach umbrellas, towels, and chairs. One small issue with wifi and owner was quick to replay and resolve even though it was the weekend. Teenagers said 10/10 would stay here again. Hubby and I agree!

Booking was easy, check in was smooth and the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. A 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many yummy restaurants. We came to Florida for a memorial. This place helped to stay relaxed. Highly recommend the condo. The manager answered all my questions right away by email.

Perfect vacation

This rental was perfect for 3 adults & 2 teens. We had plenty of space & 4 tvs so everyone was happy. The rental is so close to stores & restaurant, and best was close vicinity to Carlin Park. We find this place fits all our needs , we had. rented it twice & planning another trip next year.. Also Host Steve Martino is the best .

Perfect spot for our Spring Training Getaway

We had a great experience with this location. It was very clean, and in a perfect location for our needs. Steve was an excellent host, and very attentive to our needs. We’d definitely stay here again, and strongly recommend it for anyone else headed to the Jupiter Area.
