Newly Redone and furnished 2/2 condo that is walking distance to the beach

Condo has been totally remodeled and furnished. 1300 feet to the beach through Carlin park and walking distance, movies, many restaurants and Harbourside shopping center. Primary Bedroom has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Family room has a nice pull out couch. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. There is also a beautiful pool, tennis/Pickleball and handball court for you to enjoy. Carlin park is right outside the door providing the natural open environment, exercise trails, events and lots of activities. Private fenced patio with table/umbrella and chairs to relax with a good book or a nice dinner overlooking the park. Enjoy the beautiful beach and surf with a nice beach blanket or a bottle of wine. Clear blue water!

Sheets were still in the washer and towels in the dryer when we arrived so had to finish the laundry. While the unit was clean we arrived it did not extend inside closets and cabinets. Cleaning needs to include inside drawers and cabinets for guests to be able to use. Walls could use cleaning or painting. Many marks and hand prints. The guest shower has so much pressure, it was uncomfortable. The futon( fortunately only used last night) was broken and did not lie flat. Even if had not been broken, it would have been very uncomfortable with its steel supports protruding through the thin material. Our daughter had to put mattress on the ground. Need better window shades to prevent street lights and morning sun particularly in the guest room. What is great is the location is outstanding with access to Carlin Park and The Beach. Renovation of the kitchen and bathroom was well done. TV and system worked great. We enjoyed the private patio space often for meals and relaxing.

This was a smooth process start to finish and communication with the host was also very simple and timely. The property is clean, updated and well equipped. The pull out couch was the only miss as it is very uncomfortable. As an adult, I would not have been able to sleep on that- however we used it for our 5 year old and that worked. I’d stay here again for sure!

The condo was in very good condition, well stocked and Marty was prompt in addressing any issues/concerns. The location was perfect for us. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that unfortunately several tenants in the upstairs unit were noisy which was beyond his control.

Marty was an amazing host and he promptly responded to any questions and needs we had. The condo is in an awesome location that backs up to Carlin Park and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it once we got there and were having so much fun! We will definitely book with Marty again in the future and we recommend that you do as well!!

I stayed here with a friend while attending a marine biology camp at the loggerhead marine center. The location was excellent and the apartment was very beautifully decorated. It was very well stocked with beach essentials. The light in the guest room with the 2 twin beds wasn't working and there was a lot of noise from construction outside.

Beautiful vacation rental

We had a nice stay at Marty’s home in Jupiter Beach. The community was in close proximity to shops and dining. It was very clean and quiet. Marty’s unit was also very clean and quiet and a short walk to the beach. Comfy beds and furnishings. We enjoyed having the little patio. We had a short stay but still had the chance to use the pool which was very nice - no one else was there, very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend.

good, not perfect

The communication with Marty was good. He was quick to respond to my messages and willing to extend the booking grace period (though I am not sure why it was there in the first place). The immediate confusion was the dates. Because we were working through the grace period extension, I did not have the same access to the booking in the app, and as plans do they changed. This left me paying for an extra night, as it was no longer needed. This was the fault of the VRBO design. It would have cost me much less had I been able to access the stay online, but the forced "pay upfront" confusion cost me hundreds. The location was good, but not perfect. It is a retirement community and the locals were hit or miss with friendliness. It is very close to the beach, but the pool was a little challenging, as we did not feel very welcome. It was a little like a gated community vibe and we were the outsiders.The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, though the outside furniture was completely rusted through. A few of us were cut on the bench.This to say, I don't know that it was worth the money, but if it were priced more reasonable I would have given a much better review. Of the apartments in the little community this was a good one and the host was absolutely accommodating. If you were planning on staying in this little enclave, this would be a good unit to select. I might advise to find a better location in the Jupiter area if you are not wanting to feel like an interloper.

Home away from home. Marty /owner is very responsive and goes out of his way to be helpful/available! Unit nicely renovated and pristine clean. One of the jewels in Bella Vista.

Great stay at Bella Vista

We loved staying at this condo, with Carlin Park out the door and the dog-friendly beach across the park and across the street. The unit is clean and comfortable, is as pictured, and I loved sitting on the nicely landscaped patio. It is adequately stocked and Marty is very responsive if you need something. Totally recommend staying here.

Location! Location! Location!

Our condo was the ground floor and unit 10 steps away from Carlin Park with its great walking trail, open area for outdoor activities/sports, tennis and my wife’s favorite…pickleball!We were also two minutes from the beach and a short drive to lots of fun restaurants with great food!I would highly recommend Bella Vista!

Excellent location for stay in Jupiter

Everything went very smoothly for our stay in our Bella Vista condo. Code for door was provided before we arrived and everything that we needed for our stay, linens, kitchen items, beach chairs and towels was provided for. The condo sits on the edge of Carlin park which has a great walking trail and tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is only a 10 minute walk across Carlin park.The only item that could be added to make the stay here even better would be a binder which explained where the pool and beach were located, and suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Marty was very responsive when we did ask for the location of the pool. Looking forward to returning next year!

Comfortable apartment!

Very nice apartment. Good location. Everything was there. Comfy beds. 1 thing we noticed: the washing machine had a very dirty rubber strip. First clean it and run the wachine on hot without laundry. Not clean yet but needed to wash either.

Great location

Great place and an incredible location close to beach within walking distance. The house was spotless and cool when we walked in. We couldn't ask for a better location in Jupiter, a shot walk and even a shorter drive to the beach and restaurants. We will certainly return.
