“Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is...

“Bree, who was our server, was very welcoming and kind. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was a buzzing noise (mechanical sounds) were right outside of our room. I don't know where it was coming from, so I am unsure if it was hotel-related. ”

“The receptionist lady was very kind and was sorry about my experience i had with a different hotel and she wished my experience there well. I had no idea there would be a full size fridge and kitchette that was stocked! Im staying there for the rest of the week because of it”

“Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, everything clean, really nice staff. Pool is a good size. Quality coffee and breakfast easy and fast. I'd stay again. ”

“The room was spotless and the front desk personnel were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was what you would normally get at a hotel, it was hot and fresh so all was good!”

“It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. ”
