“It was close to airport. Their cable TV was not working had to Uber to a place to watch football, as we were there for a nfl football game. Came downstairs to go outside and the over night staff was sound asleep in the lobby. They never woke up with me coming in or out the front door. The staff lives in the hotel. I would not stay there again. Was very disappointed ,we should have gotten some kind of discount for having to leave the hotel to watch football, amenities were sub par at best. The...

“I used city bus to get around Kansas City route 229 runs hourly so you have to plan for it. $4 day pass is reasonable for the amount of travel you can do. Four Points is a great Hotel I enjoyed my stay”

“We were disappointed with our stay and would not return.
The hotel felt run down and was not as clean as it should have been. Our room had a very noisy air conditioner, too few towels, and no hand soap at the sink, so we had to use the wall-mounted body wash from the shower.
The airport shuttle was the biggest problem. We called as soon as we collected our luggage after 9:00 p.m. and were told the shuttle would arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. It was still about 97 degrees and humid. After 20...

“It was convenient. Definitely older, very worn and poorly kept up however for a clean bed and a quick sleepover on a road trip the price was right. Not a vacation hotel but I would stay again in the same situation. Breakfast room was very small and crowded and selection was limited.”
