Overall, the house is amazing. Beautiful and just like the pictures. But, I think they book too many back-to-back rentals, so there doesn't appear to be enough time to assess and fix things between bookings. We found wet sheets in the Ohana washer 3 days into our stay, so house cleaning doesn't seem to check that units washer. For a high-end property we expected there would be robes. The property managers were able to bring some to us, but we had to request - and we found 2 dirty robes in a closet, so we washed and used those.The Ohana shower was not working, but the property managers (very attentive and kind) were able to fix that on day 2 of our stay.The pickleball court needs maintenance. It appears that the sprinklers hit the court and water sits there and after only 1 year the court looks like it's 5 years old. We are a pickleball family, so we notice these things.The ice maker in the kitchen stopped working on day 3 of our stay. Since there are other ice makers, we decided to ignore this issue.The outside fan in the cabana would be helpful during hot days, but it wasn't working and it sounds like they are having an issue getting an electrician out there to fix it.Myra and Mike were AMAZING! The treated us with kindness, attended to our needs during our stay. But, overall, we felt like for the price we paid, we should not have to tell them what's broken. They should be reviewing the property between stays to make sure it's a 5 star experience.
