The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor lanai into one large social gathering area that serves as the heart of the home. Guests can gather around the oversized sectional sofa or choose to relax in one of the two private armchairs with their favorite magazine or novel. While some guests choose to lounge, others can be preparing snacks in the kitchen, drinking coffee on the lanai, or eating a meal on the dining room table.
