🌺 Studio recentemente rinnovato dell'ottavo piano al Mahana! 🌺

L'unità 802 Mahana è in alto sopra le palme con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che consentono una VISTA OCEANA NON STRUTTURATA nel momento in cui varchi la porta principale! È perfetto per l'osservazione delle balene da dicembre ad aprile e l'Oceano è così limpido che puoi vedere le tartarughe nuotare sotto. Siamo anche proprietari dell'Unità 1013 (VRBO # 633577), quindi si prega di fare riferimento a tali recensioni degli ospiti precedenti. Abbiamo recentemente rinnovato questo condominio con NUOVI pavimenti in vinile di lusso in tutto, vernice fresca e nuovi tendaggi con rivestimento oscurante per un sonno riposante. Inoltre è fornito di tutto ciò di cui i nostri ospiti avranno bisogno per una fantastica vacanza, tra cui sdraio, ombrellone, lenzuola lussuose, saponi e shampoo L'Occitane.

Il Mahana è un resort condominiale fronte oceano sull'estremità settentrionale della spiaggia di Kaanapali, con un'autentica atmosfera antica hawaiana e un paesaggio maturo. La chioma degli alberi lungo l'ingresso del Mahana gli conferisce un'atmosfera romantica e rilassante. Si trova a 50 piedi dall'Oceano e tutti i condomini hanno balconi privati in vetro, che offrono una vista mozzafiato su Lanai e Molokai. La posizione sulla spiaggia di Kaanapali è perfetta per prendere il sole, fare snorkeling o semplicemente rilassarsi in piscina. Abbiamo anche un bellissimo condominio con una camera da letto a Honua Kai con una vista parziale sull'oceano. Questo resort dispone di tre piscine, Dukes Restaurant nei locali, un centro fitness, Ho'ola Spa a servizio completo, un parcheggio sotterraneo custodito e due ristoranti di servizio rapido (Whaler's General Store in Konea Building e Aina Gourmet Market in Hokulani Building). Amazing views

We loved our stay at the Mahana. The property is very clean with a nice beach to walk. The boardwalk is easy to get to and you can also walk 5 minutes for groceries. Louis was very responsive and we had no issues.

Highly recommend this excellent studio. It's beautifully renovated and tastefully designed, with everything a single person or couple would need and then some. The view from the large balcony is spectacular, with a nice, never crowded beach below, great sightings of surfers and whales, and a perfect sunset over the island of Lanai. The building is well cared for and the pool is great. The owners made sure everything was taken care of and they were only a text away. Thank you, this will be my go-to place when I return!

Wonderful and cozy

We stayed at this property on Maui for two nights, finishing up a three-island visit of Hawaii. The owners were so kind and attentive, texting us and making sure we had everything that was needed. They made suggestions as to where to visit and eat. I can't say enough how gracious they were to us. The owner's graciousness was also reflected in the property. It is clean, has a wonderful view off the balcony, with easy access to Kaanapali beach. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and everything you need to make light meals. There are beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. The resort that it is in is also very nice, with lawn chairs to watch the ocean waves if you want to stay off of the sand. When I return to Maui, I plan to come back to this property. It is a perfect location in Kaanapali for two people to stay in. A huge thank you to the owners! We appreciated your kindness so much!

Babymoon

We saw whales everyday while we stayed at the Mahana. Our stay was relaxing and couldn’t have asked for a smoother check in process. It’s seems odd to say this but when it comes to non stick pans I’m picky about there being scratches and all the pans where in great condition and I was very impressed by that. This place is a perfect stay for a couple. The mahana is close to the board walk and we were able to go for a walk every day. So excited for your next trip

Wonderful place to stay in Maui!

Such a great location and a wonderful space to really relax and enjoy Maui. Easy access and close to anything you need. Walking distance to Duke's and the boardwalk. The whale watching from the lanai is something else! Highly recommend!

Wedding Anniversary Maui Trip

We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We were able to see sea turtles and whales from our balcony. The condo was comfortable and clean - perfect for us! We had not been to Maui in 20 years and again it did not disappoint! I work in the travel industry and I highly recommend 802 Mahana! Louis was an amazing host with great ideas for us. We are sad to leave but look forward to our next trip. We won’t wait so long next time! FIVE STARS!

Amazing Condo & Perfect Host

Perfect Stay

We had an excellent stay in Maui at this property. It is a beautiful studio sized condo with an ocean view. We stayed three nights as a part of a longer two week trip visiting Maui and Kauai.The condo had everything needed for a stay on the beach. We saw plenty of whales from the comfort of the balcony. The check in process was simple (access code) and Louis, the owner, was kind and helpful. He checked in with us via text to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Overall, an excellent stay and would visit again.

Absolutely the best!

This was the cleanest most well equipped condo we have ever rented. No detail was overlooked. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from backpack beach chairs to boogie boards to a very complete kitchen. The view from the deck is amazing. The pool and hot tub are spotlessly clean. The beach is steps away. We are already in the process of booking another trip. Very highly recommend!

The property is even more beautiful than the listing shows. We spent many hours on the lanai watching whales, enjoying the sunsets and reading while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Check in and communication were outstanding. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!!!!

Beautifully situated condo. Gorgeous ocean view, we saw sea turtles swimming along the shoreline and whales breaching the waters in the horizon! Just fascinating. Louis was so attentive and made sure we were good checking in and open to offer recommendations throughout our trip. The property was clean and cozy, just the way you want to feel even more on holiday… I would book this property again! Mahalo!

Incredible Stay!

My partner and I stayed in this suite in October 2021. We had an incredible time. The suite was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The view is outstanding. Great neighbourhood, nice little beach boardwalk walk along the water. You can walk to the beach or short drive to other beach options. Walking distance to Dukes restaurant. The building and resort itself was nice and well kept. Communication with the host was great. Will stay again and recommend!

Perfect Honeymoon Location!

Maui oasis!

Louis property was exactly what was needed for our stay in Maui. Louis was extremely pleasant to work with and helpful in all ways. The Mahana #802 was prepared with all appropriate amenities starting in the kitchen all the way to little simple details for travelers such as laundry detergent! Excellent condo

The condo was the perfect accommodation for our honeymoon! You can’t beat the view. Location was just outside of Lahaina making it easy to get to dining and shops as well as many options available for beaches close by. Louis was very helpful with any questions we had and make great recommendations for all our our needs!

By the sea

This property was exactly as presented. Can’t say enough about the owner. Very easy to contact and respond to us. Because we had a 9:00 pm flight, he allowed us to have a late check out. Very appreciated. Also the concierge was especially great. Great vacation was had by all.

Great Views Directly on the Beach

What can be better than watching honu (green sea turtles) swim right from your own lanai. The waves make for a wonderful sound track each evening (though if you need total silence to sleep you might be disappointed that the ocean noise can be heard even with the door closed; which I found to be a pro but others might not). Easy access to several nearby spots to snorkel and a few top notch restaurants (be sure to get reservations early!) too. The unit had everything we needed and having a cooler provided for us to bring our cold drinks to the beach was very helpful. We had a minor mechanical issue (electric breaker tripped knocking out AC at one point requiring a late night call to the property manager), but it happened once and was handled to our satisfaction. The complex is doing some exterior painting and the unit on one side was under construction, but both of those things are temporary and only happened during the day while we were at the beach or on the Road to Hana! The owner was helpful and a good communicator for our questions. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect beachfront condo

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. Louis was very communicative and friendly. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean from our room, we were able to see whales visit every day and watched the most beautiful sunsets. There is not much of a beach to lay out on in front of the property, but chairs are provided on the lawn just behind the beach and nice sandy beaches are a short walk or drive away. Lahaina/Kaanapali and Napili areas were a short drive away. We would stay here again!
