This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.



Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.



This ground level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage with a charger for your electric car and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.



Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, Aina’s gourmet market and Whaler’s general store and Spa.



We have a collection of beautiful Honua Kai condos in both towers. We have several one bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos as well as a one bedroom with a den. We also have many gorgeous Luana Villas at Honua Kai.

Air Conditioning Disclosure – Luana Villas



Our villas are advertised with air conditioning; however, this does not guarantee that the central air conditioning system will be operational throughout your stay. The central AC system may experience intermittent issues, and repairs may take time due to equipment availability, parts, or service scheduling.



We will make every reasonable effort to address any AC issues as promptly as possible. If the central AC cannot be restored promptly, portable air conditioning units may be provided and used in the bedrooms and living areas to help maintain your comfort. Depending on the placement and venting requirements of these units, access to certain bedroom lanais may be temporarily restricted.



By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that portable AC units may be necessary during your stay if central AC issues arise. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience and maintain your comfort.

TAX

The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);



Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.



OCCUPANCY:

Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

One infant is allowed without additional fees.



Bed Split Fee:

$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.
