“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“Zwar besteht kein Kontakt zum Personal, jedoch funktioniert der Kontakt über den Chat einwandfrei. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, woraufhin der Service uns entgegenkam. Das Hotel würden wir wieder nehmen sofern wir uns in der Nähe befinden. Einziges Manko ist die Funktion mit dem digitalen Key - funktionierte nicht sofort. ”

“Soggiorno di lavoro. Hotel è prevalentemente un centro sportivo e benessere, con camere adiacenti, le note negative sono state la camera all'arrivo molto fredda ( i radiatori non erano attivi) ed il fatto che di notte, alla reception non vi fosse nessuno, la porta di accesso al complesso veniva chiusa la sera attorno alle 23.00 e riaperta la mattina alle 07.00. Il rientro in quella fascia oraria era comunque possibile dalla porta posteriore con l'utilizzo della tessera. Note positive il...

“Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location. ”

“A very unique structure in a beautiful fort, surrounded by a moat. Huge rooms, with kitchen modern and well equipped. Very quiet area but easy to reach different parts of the country. Had a great time”
